One of the best certified mechanics. I have had my vehicle serviced here since I bought back in 2020. Mr. Tommy gets my vehicle in and out in no time.

Please avoid this place at all costs. I sent in an email as requested, to get a quote for a repair. This is what the website allows. I got no response, so I called. The owner of the shop asked me what was going on with my car. I gave a detailed account which was about 15 minutes because I wanted him to understand. He was huffing and puffing as I told my story, almost like he was aggravated. When I got to the end of the story, I literally broke down and started crying because I've been having this issue for 2 months. He kind of laughed and said I'm at least two weeks out for scheduling. I ask him why he would not have told me that at the beginning. I wished him a good day and went about my day. A few hours later I get a call. It is from him. He is irate because I left the poor review. I had not written anything, at that point. I had just left one star. Customer service is a part of the entire experience . His customer service skills were horrible over the phone to me. I made a screenshot of when he called me back. If you choose to talk to him or use his facility, be very careful because this is kind of stalkerish Behavior. He threatened me and said he would talk to Google and get any written review pulled down. I tried explaining to him that you cannot do that. Feel free to try. Enjoy the 4.9 should had left it alone. Tommy is the reason my 2007 bmw is still kicking. This man is honest, transparent & does great work. Haven’t taken my car anywhere else since I found his shop. Stop shopping around & trust that Ultimate Motorwerks can do the job.
